Refund and returns and exchange
Due the the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange or for items damaged in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Almost all of the plants in my collection I offer for sale are delicate and fragile. I do my best to be sure they are packed safely. I will not be responsible for damage received from weather while in transit, mishandling of box by courier or postal delays.
